WHO I AM
Hi, I’m Adam Cruz, a social, content, and brand leader with over a decade of experience working across agencies and advising growing businesses.
I help teams make social strategy work in the real world, even at scale. I’ve worked across the full spectrum of social and content, beginning in community management and strategy, and eventually leading large, multi-office teams and building departments from the ground up.
My approach is rooted in performance data and audience insights. I use analytics to guide creative decisions, shape strategy, and define how paid media fits within the larger funnel.
As my career evolved, so did my focus. Instead of executing multiple roles and work myself, I began leading teams, building structures and workflows, and mentoring interns and junior staff. That shift helped me support work at scale while keeping teams healthy and clients happy.
I believe that social content performs best when it feels real, and that organic and paid content need to work together. It should be human, story-driven, and guided by data. I care deeply about how brands show up, and what it takes to earn attention, not just buy it.
